W8共筆 第16頁的第七行改成
Finasteride(Proscar) ，是抑制 5-α reductase type Ⅱ.
Dutasteride (Avodart) 是抑制 5-α reductase type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ.
這裡還是口誤
BPH 主要是 type Ⅱ 5-α reductase ，
而Ca. of prostate, type I 5-α reductase表現較強。
我附原文，先說結論：
跟共筆結論一樣 finasteride沒有加強anti androgeen,LHRH analog的功效
Avodart沒有人做
Combined androgen blockage (CAB)
defined as LHRH analogue (ororchiectomy) + antiandrogen。
A few clincal trials with small amount of patients related to
Antiandrogen+ finasteride or T
riple androgentionblockage
[ LHRH analogue (or orchiectomy) + antiandrogen+finasteride ]
were conducted in 1995-1999.
It can't prove that finasteride have synergastic effect with
antiandrogen(or+LHRH analogue).
However, no clinical trial test
Avodart (type I and type II 5-αreductase inhibitor) s
ynergastic effect with antiandrogen (or+LHRHanalogue) f
or advanced prostate cancer.
