有機化學課本原文如此說到

For the 13 amino acids with a neutral side chain,pI is

the average of pka1 and pka2.

For the four amino acids with either a strongly or weekly acidic

side chain, pI is the average of the two lowest pka values.

For the three amino acids with a basic side chain,pI is the

average of the two highest pka values.


28題，他沒有給amino acid是哪一種

所以也就不能確認答案

但!!!  提供一個小技巧~

因為pI值

必定為倆最大或兩最小的pka值的平均

所以，就加一加、除一除

發現只有選項(D)7.2符合!!   所以要選就選D吧  > ""<
