Is it possible that I get different result with hw5(without decomposition)?
I think it is, because hw5 didn't consider the constrant of y*alpha=0
however, hw7 with that constraint should get worse optimal value
but my hw7 optimal value is less than hw5..
and the alpha is still satisify all the constrants...
how do you think?? am I misunderstand anything?
