ON THE EIGHTH DAY…
It shouldn’t come as a surprise to fans of 24, but the show will return for
an eighth season, and filming will begin in May. The series star, Kiefer
Sutherland, says a ninth season and beyond is also not out of the question as
long as the writers continue to develop compelling ways for Jack Bauer to
save the country.
"The real pressure is placed on the writers. It's a real question about how
much they feel they can give and what they can do," Sutherland said during a
press conference to promote his latest film, Aliens vs. Monsters. "If I was
going to liken '24' to a girlfriend, '24' has been really good to me. And I
need to be really good back."
Sutherland adds that beginning filming in May rather than August will give
the writers extra time to tweak scripts if needed.
不算太大的新聞，就是傑克說，如果把24當成是女朋友的話，
那，他馬子真的對他很好，所以他也會對她很好...現在確定會有第八季
大概在五月的時候開拍，至於還有沒有第九季或後面的，
就要看編劇了......如果編劇還想要讓傑克繼續救美國的話...
所以Sutherland說壓力都在編劇身上。
