總算有點比較好的消息 Safarova擊敗彭帥拿到個人第四座冠軍
2005年也曾在Forest Hills拿過冠軍
同時也是本季第一次連贏四場比賽 (之前最多只連贏兩場 第三場一定輸^^")
"In terms of nervousness, the toughest match of the week was against Benesova
in the semifinals; it's always difficult to play someone from your own
country," Safarova said. "In terms of the tennis, today's match with Peng was
my best match. I just tried to concentrate from the very first ball. I knew I
had to serve well and I did that in both sets. I was also trying to control the
points when I could, because when she's aggressive and in control she's very
tough to play."
"I really enjoy it here; it's a very calm place and I have great memories from
my first title here," Safarova said. "I was injured at the beginning of the
year and haven't had my best results, but this week has helped me regain my
confidence in time for the US Open. I'll celebrate this win and just look
forward to New York."
