Clan是clannah，clannad或clann的英文拼法，Clan是蓋爾語，意思是孩子...所謂的
clan是由家族或後代所組成的團體，定義上來說是從共同祖先衍生出的後代。雖然說
確切的家族型態不明，但家族成員都對家族的建立者或祖先有認同感。
