Color c = bmp.GetPixel( X, Y); // 關鍵就醬..
如果x,y出界的話, 會exception. 所以看你要try{}起來不然就是要簡查邊界..
bmp.Dispose(); // 記得要dispose釋放unmanaged reousrce
