以下的兩組方法使用上有何不同
RegisterActivatedClientType
RegisterActivatedServiceType
以及
RegisterWellKnownClientType
RegisterWellKnownServiceType
看了一些參考範例
裡頭兩組都有人使用
但是在msdn中卻沒有清楚的解釋
