目前 packet 的 capture 都已經寫出來了，不過抓到的都是 incoming packets
想請問要怎麼設定 socket 讓 outgoing 的 packet 也能抓到??
開發平台： (例: VC++ or gcc/g++ or Dev-C++, Windows or Linux)
Visual C++ Windows Form (.Net Framework 3.5)
