C++的規格書有段話這樣寫
the static type shall be a base class of the dynamic type of the object
to be deleted and the static type shall have a virtual destructor or
the behavior is undefined
拿下面這個例子來說
A *ptr=new B;
A是static type
B是dynamic type
這時如果delete ptr，而A沒有virtual dtor時，這個行為沒定義
(不過通常是只執行base dtor啦)
