[問題] error handler with C++

[lattes (逢甲路黑天鵝)]

想請問各位大神
最近參考以下網站資訊寫了pdf流程的error handerler
但執行時總會於原始碼13行error_hander處跳出E0167 C2664錯誤
分別為參數不相容與引數轉換的錯誤
不知是否有大大能分享相關經驗
