各位前輩好
小弟最近使用ANSYS Workbench在做Solid - Shell的接觸分析
出現以下錯誤 使用Conta173 /Targe170
結構則為Solid 187/186 及 Shell 181
請前輩們幫忙看看@@
MPC approach only supports certain bonded/no-separation contact
options. For general contact switch to other contact algorithm.
Contact detection at: nodal point (surface projection based)
Average contact surface length 2.2923
Average contact pair depth 2.1571
User defined pinball region PINB 4.8721
也有些警告想問問前輩怎麼修改
警告一
Material number 27 (used by element 3261118 ) should normally have at
least one MP or one TB type command associated with it. Output of
energy by material may not be available.
警告二
Overconstraint may occur for Lagrange multiplier or MPC based contact
algorithm.
The reasons for possible overconstraint are:
*Boundary conditions, coupling, and/or constraint equations have been
applied on certain contact nodes (for example 5997983).
不過我在設定中已經將接觸公式改成MPC
也嘗試改接觸元素的KEYOPT 將其改成Bonded 及MPC
但仍然跑出ERROR
想請問前輩們是否有遇到這樣的問題
想尋求能更改的方向
