If you want to take mass transportation, you can take L'Aerobus.
This is the shuttle from the airport to the Montreal Central Bus Station.
Once you claim your baggae, go out of the airport
and you will see the sign for the shuttle right away.

From the bus station to McGill, you can take the metro.
It is also not a bad idea to take a taxi.
From the airport to downtown Montreal, a fixed fare is applied.
That's around $35. (I don't remember the exact number.)
