[問題] BBS & Chinese input..T_T

I've been meaning to ask this question for a while now, especially since
all my attempts to fix it failed @_@

I used to have an ibook, and typing Chinese on bbs was never a problem. But
my ibook died and so I'm stuck with the home computer now.. my home computer
has an english windows interface, and I can't reinstall a Chinese windows
because my husband needs to use the computer too.

I downloaded kkman, and even though I am able to view Chinese (bbs) on kkman,
I am not able to type Chinese!! (the only way would be to copy & paste on
bbs) I can type Chinese on my blog, on IE, firefox, etc.. but not on kkman.

Does anyone else have the same problem or know what to do with an english
interface?
