You are one of the best CFs in our franchise history.

This is sad, but I do think we are on the right track.
(Letting Ecks go is also a right decision IMHO)

First, I believe Rasmus is now again "untouchable", which is great.
And now we have more flexibility financially.
Last year we should simply pick up his 1yr option,
2 yr extension was a wrong decision, and this kinda correct that.

2008 might be a transition yr, but we should look further into our future.
