標題[情報] Cards name Shelby Miller fifth starter

The Cardinals have an enviable amount of young starting pitchers, pretty much all of whom were battling for the fifth starter's job in the wake of Chris Carpenter's injury. On Monday, the team announced the winner of the competition: Brian Feldman @BFeldman Shelby Miller officially announced as 5th starter. "I'm speechless" he said. Miller went on to say that "to be told you're the fifth starter for any team is amazing, [but] to be the fifth starter for the St. Louis Cardinals is a different feeling." The 22-year-old right-hander made his big-league debut last September, allowing two runs in 13 2/3 innings spread across one start and five relief appearances. He struck out 16 and walked four. Miller, who was named the sixth-best prospect in baseball by Baseball America a few weeks ago, allowed six runs with 11 strikeouts and three walks in 11 2/3 innings this spring. Right-hander Joe Kelly, who had been competing for a rotation spot, could still make the team as a long-man. Right-hander Trevor Rosenthal briefly competed for a rotation spot before his triple-digit fastball was moved to the bullpen. Miller will join Adam Wainwright, Jake Westbrook, Lance Lynn and Jaime Garcia in the St. Louis rotation. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Rotation：Wainy, Westbrook, Lynn, Garcia, Miller Bullpen：Kelly, Rosie, Mujica, Rezpcynski, Salas, Boggs 不知道牛棚會不會多帶一人Cleto or Freeman or Others?
