最近SARS實在讓人心惶惶
大家要特別注意衛生習慣喔
要常常洗手
特別是在外面 碰觸過不知名的物品時
且在飲食方面建議多吃水果喔
一來可以增強免疫力 二來會變漂亮~
也可考慮吃高單位的維他命B,C
我們一起來對抗SARS吧~
