我一直覺得這部片非常可惜
明明很好笑，票房跟評價都不見突出
尤其是凱特在那一年miss掉奧斯卡女配角提名（金球、SAG都拿到提名）
至今我還是覺得義憤填膺
: Cate Blanchett
: 有別於熟悉的正經形象，可愛的desperate wife對我來說是個很大的突破。
: 或者說這個desperate wife讓我們見識到，Cate也可以很三八，而不是像尚
: 雷諾或是勞勃狄尼洛般的冷面笑匠，平日建立的嚴肅形象導致的反差效果。

這部電影非常顛覆
凱特整個痴傻卻又很有魅力

老布跟老鮑都是很精彩的選角
特別是裘莉前夫超神經質，非常非常有趣
我最喜歡的是他們兩度忽視凱特
超好笑

Terry: I ran out of gas.
Joe: And?
Terry: And she hit me. With her car.
Joe: Ok, she hit you with her car. What the hell did you bring her out here
for?
Terry: One: I had no choice. Two: I may have suffered a slight concussion.
Three: she’s mentally unbalcned to a spectacular degree.
Kate: I can hear you.
Terry: Jesus, this is a very, very bad idea. In the history of bad ideas,
this is a humdinger.
Joe: She’s right about the police.
Terry: Shoot her! Bury her body in the woods!
Kate: What am I? Invisible?
當然，凱特阿姐在出場的廚房場也是她的名演出之一
