The Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers consummated a trade that sends Jiri
Welsch to Cleveland and a future first round pick to Boston.
The first rounder Boston acquires will be available in 2007.
Welsch was demoted to the bench last month and has seen his role on the Celtics
diminish greatly.
With the Cavaliers, he will provide that perimeter scoring presence they've
needed for so long.
