關於Allen對Kobe的評論

這裡有原文,不知道前面幾篇他是怎麼翻成"Kobe是我看過

最自私的球員",沒錯,Allen並不算太友善,但當時的發言和

以上的意思實在不太相同= =

原文:

"He's going to be very selfish," Allen said of Bryant, who scored 15 of his
team's first 20 points and had 35 points in Tuesday's loss. "And he feels
like he needs to show this league and the people in this country that he is
better without Shaq. He can win championships without Shaq. So offensively,
he's going to jump out and say, 'I can average 30 points. I can still carry
the load on this team.'

他說Kobe會變得非常自我,感覺他想向大家證明,自己沒有大歐會更好,並且

贏得總冠軍,因此,在進攻上,他勢必會跳出來說明自己能夠拿下三十分,但仍

然能夠擔起這支球隊。

接下來:

"I think the point production is not going to be so much what people are
going to look at because (Tracy) McGrady did it in Orlando, Allen (Iverson)
did it in Philly. Can you win a championship? I think that's the question.
Carrying guys on your back and making everybody better."

Allen又提到光靠得分,其實不見得能有很大的助益,他就舉了當時T-Mac

AI的例子,來質疑這麼做真能拿下冠軍嗎? Allen認為關鍵是幫助隊友變

得更好。

這些在當時原本就是很多人對於Kobe甚至是普遍對一人球隊的疑慮。

後面還有:

"If Kobe doesn't see he needs two and a half good players to be a legitimate
playoff contender or win a championship in about a year or two he'll be
calling out to Jerry Buss that 'We need some help in here,' or 'Trade me,' "
Allen said. "And we'll all be saying, 'I told you so,' when he says that."

這段應該不難,就是說到,如果Kobe無法得到奧援,幾年後也許就會

跟老闆說,賣我吧~~"或是"我需要一些幫手~~


將全文找出來是想要強調一下,Allen當時的發言跟該篇的翻譯有

些出入,且後面有他個人的見解與看法,並非完全針對Kobe獨不獨

去做評論,當年兩人或許有些衝突,但爾後又曾互相讚許對方是可

敬的對手,在明星賽上也有說有笑,實在覺得這件事沒什麼必要在

決賽前夕拿出來過度渲染(而且還是建立在翻譯意思上的落差,與

些許的斷章取義。)
