Making A List (and Checking It Twice)

Here's a very handy list of all the free agents that will be hitting the
market in July.  They even have a page sorted by position.

Why don't we pool our collective wisdom and start picking some favorites?  As
you make comments, I can update this list.

So far I've just tried to narrow the list down to guys that interest me and
start lumping them into vague groupings.

(r = restricted | eto = early termination option)
