Watchful eye on Rondo
Rajon Rondo’s foot condition was serious enough for Celtics trainer Ed
Lacerte to tell coach Doc Rivers it would be a good idea to sit Rondo last
night.
Ten minutes later, Rivers walked into the film room to talk to Rondo.
“I’m playing,’’ Rondo said. “I’m fine.’’
From his 4 steals to his 11 assists to his 10 points, Rondo left his
footprints all over the Celtics’ 110-105 overtime win over Chicago last
night, but the soreness that bothered Rondo Wednesday night against the Bucks
concerned Rivers, who kept an eye on his star guard.
“I told him that before the game, too,’’ Rivers said. “I walked right
over to him before the tip and said, ‘Hey, listen, if I see anything . . .
You could see he was good. The only thing we did and you could tell: we
subbed him early. I think with five or six minutes in the first we subbed
him. And then we did it again at halftime. And overall that may have helped
him with his wind.’’
Still, Rondo played 40 minutes, his fourth game this season with at least 40.
“He was phenomenal,’’ Rivers said. “Down the stretch, his defense, his
hands . . . he was great. [Derrick] Rose got one drive in the overtime and
[Rondo] yells to the bench, ‘My fault!’ He was just locked in and that’s
what we need.’’

Noah’s bark
Joakim Noah already had bad blood with Kevin Garnett, but Garnett added to it
in overtime.
During a dead ball in the second half, Noah had the ball in his hand after a
failed Bulls’ possession when Garnett smacked it out of his hands. Garnett
then raised his arms in innocence. After the game, Noah gave credit to the
Celtics, but also gave warning for future encounters.
“We couldn’t get stops when we needed them,’’ Noah said. “We made a lot
of mistakes. It’s always frustrating to lose. I think we’re not there yet
but we’re pretty close. We’re only going to get better and when we do, it’
s going to get real ugly for everybody who’s talking real crazy. All the
trash that people are talking right now is going to come back and haunt them
because when it counts, we’ll be ready.’’

阿豆的傷足以讓訓練師建議冰河讓他休息一晚
然而當冰河要開口跟阿豆說"休息一晚吧"時，
阿豆堅強的說：我要打，我很好
難怪今天只有11個助攻～後面冰河就稱讚一下阿豆
然後Noah今天bark bark了～
