Calling it a big step, Delonte West had the hard cast protecting his healing
right wrist removed on Monday, the first step of what he hopes could be a
return on or shortly after the All-Star break.
"It's feels stiff but it's not painful," West said. "I got great news from
doctors. They said maybe three weeks [then] rehabilitation. I've already
started out conditioning, ball-handling. I'm left-handed anyway. Today is Day
1. I got a lot accomplished.
"I can't wait to get back out there. It's killing me sitting back here and
rooting from the sidelines but we all have a position to play and right now
mine is getting healthy and getting ready to contribute."
WSET已經把原本固定右手腕的東東拿下了，他迫不急待想回來打球了~
而且他開始恢復做一些簡單的訓練，畢竟他是左撇子，傷的是右手，
右手受傷對他的影響比較小。
He's starts doing a little bit of strength training now," Danny Ainge, Boston's
president of basketball operations, told CSNNE.com. "We're still looking after
the all-star break for Delonte to be back on the court with us."
不過安吉表示還是要持續關注西先生的傷勢，大概等到明星賽後會讓他歸隊。
