[外電] MRI CLEARS PIERCE TO PLAY WEDNESDAY

The Celtics got some good news on the injury front on Monday as the MRI
results on Paul Pierce's injured left foot didn't reveal anything serious and
Pierce is expected to play Wednesday against the Nets in their final game
before the All-Star break. Pierce didn't practice Monday and he isn't
scheduled to practice Tuesday as a precaution, Celtics coach Doc Rivers said.

"It’s OK," Rivers said. "Everything’s good. I think there’s some bruising
obviously, swelling. But everything he can play with. That was very good."
Pierce was in sweats with an ice-wrap around his right hand, which he said he
injured Saturday during practice. The MRI was done on his foot and Rivers
said he was kicked during the Charlotte game last Monday.
