Sherrod Blakely tweeted this photo out this morning... showing us what
numbers our new rookies will wear.  If the number 12 strikes you funny...
it's because it was Von Wafer's number.  So if he DOES come back, he'll have
to wear something else.  And if he DOES come back, it'll be the second year
in a row the Celtics have given away a number only to have that player
return.  Last season, Marquis Daniels' #7 was given to Jermaine O'Neal... and
then when the Celtics brought Marquis back at the last minute, they had to
give him a new number.  He took #8.

So JaJuan Johnson gets #12... which is apparently reserved for only the most
unique names in Celtics history.  Notable 12's with interesting names (other
than JaJuan and Von Wafer) include Togo Palazzi, Otis Birdsong, Bart Kofoed
and Bimbo Coles.  E'Twaun Moore carries a fine tradition of #55's that began
with Acie Earl in 1994.  It was also Zan Tabak's and Dwayne Schintzius'
number.  Luke Harangody couldn't carry on their fine tradition last season.
 Let's see if E'Twaun can.
