” said Pietrus. “This came from the best player in the world: Kobe Bryant.
He told me two months ago that he would like to see me with the Lakers.”

Mickael Pietrus is making comments that there is some demand for his
services. Kobe Bryant would like to see him in LA and more importantly the
Celtics have some interest in him. Is there any truth to these rumors? Would
adding Pietrus be a wise move? The answer to both questions is a resounding
yes.

Pietrus would be the perfect compliment off the bench for the wing position
that Ainge has been searching for since James Posey left in 08. Pietrus also
fills the need of more shooters that Doc Rivers was lamenting for. He has
great range as a career 35 percent from three point range. This means he is
an ideal floor stretcher off the bench. He has played in the playoffs and
played well by hitting big shots. His 09 playoff performance was a major
reason why Orlando beat Boston and Cleveland to get to the NBA Finals.

Pietrus also has great size. Pietrus is listed at 6”6, but his wing span is
much larger. He is a tough matchup for most two guards to cover. He also uses
that length to be a pest defensively. The man can also slide over and play
small forward. This means he could give Pierce a rest as well. It also means
Jeff Green could go back to playing power forward at times. The team could
employ a pure shooting lineup at times with Pierce playing point forward with
Ray, Pietrus, Pierce, and Garnett. That is a great shooting lineup like the
small lineup of 08 with Eddie House, James Posey, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, and
KG.

The only issue is the Celtics would have to pull a sign and trade. Jeff Green
is going nowhere and that leaves Glen Davis. This is a solid move should
Ainge decide to pull the trigger on a Glen Davis sign and trade for the sharp
shooter Pietrus. Davis gone would not be that bad with the addition of Green
last season. The only issue is would the Suns want Davis? My money is on
Ainge is already exploring this move. Ainge needs shooting, he wants to
unload Baby, and Pietrus is available. This means we will find out how much
Phoenix loves Davis real soon. This could be something. Remember Go Green Or
Go Home!!!!!!!!

裡面是提到Pietrus說有不少球隊對他感興趣，包括湖人或我們。

如果成真的話或許他的加入會是繼Posey之後，最適合我們的防守型射手。

雖然他其實不甚穩定，但是想想Posey不準的時候也是...還可以啦。

六呎六吋的他有著驚人的翼展，不錯的防守者，中上的三分投射命中率（生涯35%三分）

09年在魔術幾個關鍵Big shot相信各位應該還是有印象~（擊敗我們跟騎士）

另外他體能也不差，年齡也不大，雖然防守細膩度不及Posey，但在可接受範圍內。

但這樣的話Green可能還是得花些時間在PF這個位置上就是了...


講了這麼多，如果想要得到他，我們除了先簽後換大寶之外，似乎別無他法...

端看太陽對大寶有多少興趣 (MP:我突然覺得去不了波士頓了...)
