4. You think the Celtics / Brad Stevens are better suited for a point guard
with a different skillset.

Rondo fit really well with the Big 3. His skillset as a passer makes him the
ideal point guard to work with a set of elite veteran scorers, especially
those who are exceptional jumpshooters or who have size to catch a lob pass
and finish inside. What's more, Rondo is a reluctant scorer, a guy who will
always pass up a layup in favor of finding a teammate with an open look at a
jumpshot. Ideally, Rondo is a maestro, the guy leading the orchestra and
helping the musicians shine, rarely taking the spotlight for himself.

rondo適合在得分非常有效率或是得分手段非常多的隊友，在這邊舉例了Big 3時代，也說
明了rondo本身只想傳球，而不想去得分的特質


The current iteration of the Celtics is much different than those Big 3
teams. By necessity, the scoring is spread out more, and the team as a whole
-- at Brad Stevens's direction -- has been geared toward sharing the ball and
letting the development of a play dictate where the ball goes, rather than
having any one individual player directing everything.

而目前的celtics已經不像big 3時期的球隊
在Stevens的體系，每個球員學會製造球的流動
並且能成功finish一次進攻，而不是ISO於個別有進攻天份球員的模式


 Rondo wouldn't seem to be the best fit for that system, especially since it
places such an emphasis on nearly everybody on the floor having the ability
to take and make an open jumpshot. What's more, that "keep the ball moving
and find the open man" thing tends to break down late in games when the other
team really clamps down on defense, and those times are when the team really
needs a guy who can take the ball and do whatever it takes to generate key
baskets in the last few possessions of the game. Rondo is not a great fit for
that role, either
It's possible, therefore, that a person could think that the Celtics would be
a more competitive team with a point guard who has a bit more versatile
offensive skillset, particularly the ability to hit threes, create his own
shot, and also attack the paint and get to the free throw line (and sink free
throws) at least a few times a night -- especially in the final few minutes
of a close game. In that case, you might agree that it makes sense to trade
Rondo, even if the replacement isn't the phenomenal passer that Rondo is.

Rondo很明顯不適合在這個要求每個球員有能力make an open jumpshot體系
有rondo，進攻上就等於用4個人去打5個人的球隊
常看到rondo一個人運球由中路快攻靠近罰球線一步左右，然後選擇往外傳給外面的空檔
球員，
雖然有空檔，但是投射距離比rondo原本適合投射距離更遠。如果是rondo此時換成Chris
paul，除了可以急停跳投，還可以切入得分甚至買犯規上罰球線，而不像rondo只有往外
傳的一個選擇
能製造對方犯規真的很重要，能打亂對方球隊的防守
尤其在本身球隊碰上無法得分的撞牆期，又能慢慢累積得分，咬住比賽.這點讓人想到
James harden.
