Dealings with PSV break down
PSV Eindhoven, one of the top teams in the Dutch division, has had a good
relationship with the Blues for many years.

the ranks, Chelsea would prefer Bruma to be available for Champion's League
football, PSV can't accommodate this need.

Recently Ancelotti stated the need for Academy players to be placed into the
full squad next season. Bruma along with Fabio Borini, Nemanja Matic, Gael
Kakuta and Patrick van Aanholt have been tipped as the 5 players Carlo wants
to fully integrate into his 25 man squad.

This news comes as the new rule regarding squad size and homegrown players is
implemented into the 2010/11 season.
