17-year-old McEachran is a product of Chelsea's academy system.
The Oxford-born midfielder was spotted at just eight and has been accelerating through the ranks of the West London club ever since.

Already an important member of England's youth sides,
McEachran has broken into Carlo Ancelotti's first-team squad this season.

He was handed his debut by Ancelotti in the Champions League clash with MSK Zilina in mid-September as
he came on as a second-half substitute.
By playing in the match McEachran made history as he was the first player to play in
