End effect-
Actually an "entrance length"(beyond the tube entrance) on the order
of Le=0.035*D*Re is required for build-up to the parabolic profiles;
if the section of pipe of interest includes the entrance region,
a correction must be applied.
簡單來說就是流體剛進入一個特定的環境到fully developed之前的區域
會有入口效應, 如果要考慮入口效應需要對流量或是壓力差有一個校正值.
一般都會忽略(如果L>>Le)
