Enzymatic reaction often obeys Michaelis-Menten enzyme kinetics.
A continuous reaction tank having the total volume of 200 m^3 is
used to determine the microbial growth rate by changing the inflow
rate. The substrate at 100 mg/L is fed into the reaction after the
stead state and the residual concentration of substrate is a function
of the flow rate. Please determine the microbial growth rate using the
following data.
