關於coincidence count tof mass

我已經再網路上查好久了
但依然搞不清楚什麼是coincidence counting tof mass spectrometry
我知道tof mass是一種質譜儀
但coincidence counting好像是一種分析技術
有誰可以簡略介紹一下coincidence counting嗎
