who is planning on staying for a year, and who would be willing to sign

the red line, green line and orange line subways are all within a two
block walk.
Building amenities include: onsite superintendent/engineer, part-time
doorman, renovated common areas, party room, large laundry room and large
outdoor pool.
The rent is $1670, thus
1. $ 835 per person per month plus utilities, if split with 2 people.
2. $ 510 (living room), $ 580 (room1), $ 580 (room2) ---> (Prices are
negotiable) per person per month plus utilities, if split with 3 people.
