[問題] 請問虛冷體質的人吃中藥在平常飲食有何禁忌？

請教各位大德：

關於平時飲食禁忌
個人看過很多中醫
都講很雜很多
一個人住在外面
如果一不注意就會吃到(例如很多湯都會加的芹菜)
常常因此造成生活上的不方便

所以想請問有什麼是絕對不可吃的
尤其是對虛冷體質的人來說
