恢復平時執法標準，對於不合發文標準的文章給予適度彈性
但仍請板友注意兩件事情

其一、還是請板友盡可能不要在這邊閒聊，要閒聊請到
      Brethern板

其二、請不要針對板友討論，包括板主的體重在內。
