我覺得很有趣，法律是道德的最低標準。

我換個說法來說，板規也是這個虛擬空間道德的最低標準。

法律是現實生活中的規範，如同板規也是這個板的規範。

法律不是為了特定的社會風俗存在而服務，要兼顧所有公民甚至自然人的自由

如同板規不是為了一個特定的討論秩序而服務，還要兼顧使用者的自由。


這也是為什麼不能隨便處罰使用者，而必須兼顧合理的目的與手段。

因為法理的原則並不會區分你是在現實的台灣，或者是你在虛擬的PTTe。
