[試調]新加坡司令 Singapore Sling

材料:
[酒譜一]
1 1/2 Oz Gin
1     Oz Lemon Juice
  1/4 Oz Powdered Sugar
  1/2 Oz Cherry Brandy
2     Oz Soda

1.Pour the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and powdered sugar into a shaker with
ice cubes.
2.Shake well.
3.Strain into a highball glass with ice cubes.
4.Pour in the club soda.
5.Float the cherry brandy on top by pouring it over the back of a bar spoon.

[酒譜二]
1     Oz Gin
2     Oz Pineapple Juice
  1/2 Oz Lemon Juice
  1/2 Oz Cherry Brandy
    適量 Soda (蘇打水...可用雪碧替代)
  1/4 Oz Grenadine(紅石榴糖漿...可用糖漿代替亦可省略)


先加入前四個Shake
濾掉冰倒出後用Soda補滿
最後倒入Grenadine做漸層效果
