我想要分享一點我的意見，
我不知道這篇文章的中文標題是怎麼翻譯或者訂定下來的，
但我的認知是中文標題應該要能夠概括正文報導的內容，
我其實對「抄襲」字是十分有意見的。
原諒我過分挑剔與多言，我只是不願意看到因為翻譯的誤解
而讓把這件事情和Viva la Vida所謂抄襲指控聯想在一起而已。
真的沒有惡意。

所以這樣的上下文(context看來到底能不能定義成抄襲(英:plagiarizm)呢？)

從這一段看來根本就是明顯，我想Chirs所言並不是抄襲之意，
而是以Jeff Buckley為藍本模仿，帶了致敬之意，是一種嘗試(attmept)。
如果熟悉Buckley音樂，可以從Shiver這首歌當中聽到高音繚繞迴旋的唱腔，
和吉他和絃的安排都甚有其風格。

致敬或抄襲？
我覺得這比較像是音樂風格的承襲與刺激流變吧！
Shiver這首歌帶著coldplay的味道，
卻又有Jeff Buckley的風格，
抄襲這兩個容易與指控連結在一起的字眼或許應該更小心使用。
