這是法國解放報上（la Liberation）的文章摘要，
試著一知半解的做了英文和中文的翻譯
有錯誤或疏漏部分煩請指正
解放報是法國著名的左派報紙，
與較為右傾的世界報（le Monde）齊名
這篇文章是該報今天（2002.1.25）頭條新聞
之後有連續好幾篇知名學者發表的文章
（小萬有無興趣把原文以及另外兩個傢伙寫的文章也翻翻啊？
不過實在太多了。
不花多少時間的話，翻出來是有意義的。
因為英文報紙雜誌不見得會翻。
而英語人口看到的Bourdieu跟法國人看到的
肯定不會是同一個Bourdieu）

Pierre Bourdieu was Dead
The sociologist Pierre Bourdieu deceased in Paris on the night
between Wednesday to Thursday, at the age of 72, Reuters announced.
Being Professor of the Chair of College of France (College de
France) since 1981, Pierre Bourdieu was considered as the one
who had innovated sociology from the 1960's. During the 1990's
and from the strike on the fall of 1995, he engaged himself
publicly on the side of the confrontation in these world-known
movements.
皮爾.波迪厄去世
路透社消息：社會學家皮爾.波迪厄在週三、週四間的夜晚於巴黎逝世，
享年七十二歲。
皮爾.波迪厄從1981年就擔任法國學院（College de France）正式講座
教授；咸認為他翻新了六零年代以來的社會學。在九零年代裡，以及
1995年秋天之後的大罷工當中，他公開的介入這些舉世矚目的爭端，
並總是站在運動者這一方。
