看起來是 news.ntu.edu.tw 升級 (看起來是換機器？proxy.ntu.edu.tw？)
沒有保留 active 檔，於是 low & high number 從 0 開始算造成 bbsnnrp
在抓文章的時候以為沒有新文章。
只要 bbsnnrp -c 更新一下應該就可以了，直接換 news server 有點奇怪，
如果有 edu.tw 的 bbs 要換的話可以抓 netnews.nctu.edu.tw :p
不過這次升級居然升到 inn-2.4.0 (有 security hole)，而且 PathName 也
換掉了 (from news.ntu.edu.tw -> prx01.cc.ntu.edu.tw)，然後看起來有
firewall 擋掉非台大的 connection (於是我們這邊的 news 也餵不進去)。
不知道 news admin 是不是也換人了 :p
