若要正確將 PGP public key 加入某 user 的 key ring 中
(PGP 2.6.x作法) pgp -ka key
(PGP 5.x 作法)  pgpk -a key
如果有問題，就選 no (不過還是要稍微看清楚它是在問你啥)

 fetch ftp://ftp.isc.org/pub/pgpcontrol/README.html
 pgp -ka README.html
這樣做法是把目前所有 top newsgroup maintainer 的 public key
都加入自己的 pubilc keyring 檔

至於目前國內比較活躍的 NoCeM Issuer 有 DK, leeym 等長輩
目前是不成文規定是把 NCM msg 放到 tw.bbs.admin 這個 newsgroup

http://news.leeym.com/nocem-key.txt
http://news.isu.edu.tw/pgp-publickey.txt
在 FreeBSD 上面內建有 fetch 指令可抓檔，
比如: fetch http://newsgate.nctu.edu.tw/~news/nocem-key

而 Linux 方面通常用 wget
(不過 Linux 各個 Distro 有歧異，像 Debian GNU/Linux 要再 apt-get instll wget)
