回來推一下這張。
我ㄧ開始不知道他是誰，只是從上面文章知道，這是一張翻唱專輯。
吸引我去找來聽的原因，是因為和這麼多大頭合唱...
原來Solomon Burke被稱為the King of Rock & Soul!
超級有靈騷味的嗓音，但不是那種敖恩逼的靈騷味，嚴格說起來算是福音派的吧。
他成功的賦予鄉村名曲另外一種風格，你很難聽到這麼肉慾的鄉村音樂。
極富煽動力的演唱，鄉村音樂居然也可以是這個模樣。
(我很想用"騷浪"二字，但感覺會被罵... :P 通常我只有聽到黑豬肉唱歌，
才會有這種感覺..譬如說Patti or Anita or Aretha....etc. :P)
如果要說會讓我聯想到哪一個男歌手...Tom Waits，很有那個感覺...
和Dolly Parton合唱起來，只有棋逢敵手四個字可以形容啊~
"要搞定老娘? 你還有的瞧勒~~ 看我的厲害" 會讓人聯想成這樣 :P
老實說，這是一張"不清淡"的鄉村專輯.....同時，
應該又是一張台灣買不到的專輯，Shout Factory是那個唱片公司的子廠牌嗎? ><
