Loretta Lynn has revealed the artists she personally chose to participate in
an upcoming tribute album set for a Nov. 9 release on Sony Music. Lynn picked
Sheryl Crow, Steve Earle, Faith Hill, Alan Jackson, Kid Rock, Miranda
Lambert, Martina McBride, Allison Moorer, Paramore, Reba McEntire, Carrie
Underwood, the White Stripes, Lucinda Williams, Gretchen Wilson and Lee Ann
Womack to perform her hits with the producer and musicians of their own
choosing. Additional details will be announced soon. "I am so happy that
these singers wanted to do this record," Lynn said. "I love 'em all, and it
was so great to hear all the different ways they did my hits. I hope people
like it as much as I do and we sell a bunch of records!"
