     台灣政府就是以 "PR" 做分水嶺！！不是用第三國Citizen"護照"做分水嶺

     基本上你有加拿大楓葉卡與美國綠卡甚至是在香港待了七年有香港永久居留權

     台灣政府就會對你敞開大門，進入台灣的手續就相對簡便

     竟然質疑我PR和護照我分不出來....

     Chinese passport holder whose status is Canadian landed immigrant, working or
student permit holder may travel to Taiwan individually or join a
tourist group.  Applicant must prepare the following documents, which must be
certified by our office.  Then applicant has to either contact an authorized
travel agency in Taiwan directly or through a local travel agency in Toronto
to apply for an entry and exit permit from the Immigration Bureau of Taiwan.
 The permitted duration of stay is 10 days.

The required documents are:

1. Valid at least 6 months PRC passport with attached valid Canadian multiple
entry visa.

2. Valid Canadian P.R. Card, working permit, or study permit.

3. Completed application form in Chinese.

4. One recent 6 months standard passport photo in color.

5. Canadian Driver's Licence or Health Card.

6. Document of proof of employment from current employer or enrollment in
full-time studies from school.
