this is really surprising. i thought 分隔島 was part of the zebra crossing.
according to your oppinion, 分隔島 was used to divide the traffice from two
direction, only. then, it would be nonsense if someone was standing on the
分隔島 to think where he is going next moment, because he has to risk his
life to rush through the traffice before he got to the 分隔島.
