Andy Sisco, LHP
There are few pitchers anywhere in the minors with more upside than Sisco.
The 6-foot-8 lefty had his ups and downs as he moved up to the FSL at age 21.
Sisco finished with a 4.21 ERA, but did strike out 134 in 126 IP, good for
fifth in the league. He reportedly lost some velocity on his hard stuff and
struggled with command of his secondary pitches. Expect the Cubs to continue
moving him up one rung at a time.
