Lou Piniella has an 8-1 record against the White Sox in his two years on the
job, better than any of his predecessors — Jim Riggleman, Don Baylor and
Dusty Baker — since the start of interleague play in 1997.


老皮帶領熊仔隊二年來碰到同樣位在芝加哥的白襪隊總是笑的特別開心.在跟大嘴巴
Ozzie Guillen地戰鬥中取得8勝1敗的佳績.從1997開始的跨聯盟賽事開始掐指算算!
Jim Riggleman, Don Baylor 還有那個很不想提到的 Dusty Bake 這些老臣連老皮的
車尾燈都看不到.


"So far I'm fortunate," Piniella said. "I respect their team. I respect their
organization and I just do what's best for the Chicago Cubs in my mind. I
just let it go at that."


老皮喃喃說到:他們是個很棒的隊伍,總教練也是一絕. 我只是盡我自己最大的努力帶領小
熊隊去打比賽.我想老衲是強運了點~但是也證明了不管是去年的鳥白襪還是今年的幹砲襪
都不是俺的對手~  科科!


Riggleman was 6-6 against the Sox from 1997-99. Baylor was 8-10 from 2000-02,
and Baker was 11-13 from 2003-06.
