Fla. returns Tigers slugger Cabrera’s license
FORT PIERCE, Fla. (AP)—Florida officials have returned Detroit Tigers
slugger Miguel Cabrera’s(notes) driver’s license, but he still faces DUI
charges.
佛羅里達官方把駕照返還給老虎強打者Miguel Cabrera，
但他仍要面對酒駕起訴。
The Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Department determined Friday
there wasn’t enough evidence to prove Cabrera had been driving or was in
actual control of his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol when he
was arrested Feb. 16 in Fort Pierce in central Florida. Cabrera refused to
take a breath test when he was arrested.
週五佛羅里達高速公路警察的交通部門做出此裁決，因為沒有足夠
證據證明是Cabrera 開的車，或者說實際上他並沒有受到酒精影響
，2月16號，Cabrera 在佛州中部的Fort Pierce遭到逮捕。逮捕後
也拒絕吹氣測試。
Field officer Lorinna Metro says the decision has no bearing on Cabrera’s
DUI case. If he’s convicted of DUI, he could still have his license revoked.
