grizzled veterans, it's this one. The Tigers could give top prospect Jacob
Turner his first shot at a rotation spot at age 20, like they did with Rick 
Porcello three years ago. Or, they could get a long look at fellow pitching
prospects Drew Smyly and Andy Oliver. They could also end up with a veteran
starter who would round out a rotation that carries the weight of this team's
contention. The market could dictate this. But considering Turner is more
talented than probably any pitcher the Tigers could sign late in the
offseason, this is his opportunity to show it's his time.
