Sorry, this is my fault. For some reason, some process outside the jail
kills all httpds on the system, including the ones in the jail. They're
then restarted, and the main httpd listens on the jail's IP. I thought I
had this fixed, but I suppose not. I'll take a deeper look. It should be
up now. Thanks for the report :)
